Attention All Creativity: Air Force 1 HVAC is looking for great talent to be part of a production team that is disrupting the HVAC industry. We have several supporting positions for directors, producers and extras who all will play an important role.
You start your journey with the Universal Self-Assessment and Placement Survey (USAPS). This tells you what position you are most qualified to assume on the team. Remember this is NOT a test, it’s a self-evaluation. There are no right or wrong answers. Once complete you set up a date for your audition where you meet us, and we meet you, to see if the chemistry is right.
Browse through a sample of roles all with advancement opportunities, some with immediate need. If you see something you like complete the USAPS to request an audition.
OFFICE ROLES:
Administrative Support Member:
· Use your alphabet skills daily to solve internal issues with typical office banter about VOIP, AIA, PDF, HTML and of course don’t forget IMO which you will openly offer up to support a diverse team that supports its customers.
PAY GRADE: G-1

LIMITED EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Office Accounting:
· Got GAAP? This is the place to add your two cents and get paid to use those math skills we all learned but thought we would never use. If you like using accounting programs like Quick Books to create accurate P&L and balance sheets this position might just add up for you.
PAY GRADE: G-2 / G-3 depending on experience

Lead Dispatcher:
Think air traffic controller as you will be responsible for the “safe, orderly and expeditious flow of traffic” as you ensure all field technicians are well advised and all customers are duly educated, thus each interaction is met with considerable success. In layman’s terms, it’s exciting to assist those who count on you daily to get the job done right.
PAY GRADE: G-2 (experienced) G-1 (trainee)

Retail Outside Sales:
To do list: Wake up, brush teeth, put on AF1 polo and proudly meet face-to-face with homeowners in a direct-to-consumer sales opportunity where you confidently offer new innovative products and services.

MANAGEMENT ROLES
Operations Manager:
· ‘I’m bored with it all’ – Winston Churchill. This is a leading role that offers up the opportunity to really define your character. You will be challenged daily and some days hourly to solve issues in production, supply chain, human capital, and many other areas where others look to you for your wisdom and strength. Think Bruce Willis in that movie with the big asteroid thing which took his arm to getting it done.

Director of Sales and Marketing:
· You watched the launch of New Coke or maybe you know someone who eat their weight at a failed all you can eat shrimp promotion. Let’s “think different” and “just do it” with your creativity our customers will “save money and live better”. Bring you’re drive and creativity to help us differentiate our brand while creating a viral experience that will propel AF1 beyond our market peers.

Vice President:
Welcome to the machine, Where have you been? It’s all right, we know where you’ve been.This is the top floor, the elevator doors open, you hear distant laughter and a faint champagne pop. In this senior level role you will bring so much of yourself to help scale our organization to new heights by working directly with the principles on defining finance, M&A and so much more. As a stakeholder, yes, it’s a big title but no worries you will earn it every day.
PAY GRADE: G-5
