Duties/Responsibilities:
Verify & load all equipment and materials needed for each job
Perform quality installations on split systems, package units, mini-splits & duct work
Take ownership of the job
Be able to clearly explain things to customers
Work safely and efficiently
Handle any other assigned duties as directed by management
Qualification Requirements:
Lead installers must have extensive HVAC installation experience
Lead HVAC installer must have experience successfully leading installer helpers
Must have your own tools
Team oriented with excellent customer service, communication & leadership skills
Possess valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Physically fit with clean professional appearance
Must speak English fluently
We need someone who is self-motivated and reliable
