Responsibilities:
Install flexible ducts, sheet metal ducts, insulation, and related components.
Ensure all installations meet local codes, company standards, and manufacturer specifications.
Collaborate with project managers and other installers to complete projects on schedule.
Maintain clean and safe job sites.
Troubleshoot and repair duct systems as needed.
Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
Willing and open attitude to continue on the job education and learn new aspects of the HVAC industry
When changeout Brazing (can learn on job)
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in HVAC duct installation (preferred).
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in tight spaces, hot attics, and crawlspaces.
EPA certification is a plus but not required.
