We are a home builder who tries to handle various tasks in house. I work on the job every day and have a good helper but need someone who can help with doors and trim. Cabinets placement. Granite placement and edge polishing. Trim outs for electric and plumbing. Tile shower install. And some painting. I am on the job and have been doing this for 25 years here locally. Craigslist brings usually problems but this is to teach the few good people in between jobs or looking to learn how to build homes and take advantage of a opportunity to use our licenses and run a branch for yourself. Ideally like a franchise. We do the building. The electric. The plumbing. The hvac and the roofing. Along with pools and solar. We sub out concrete, drywall, flooring but would prefer to do all in house. 16 houses scheduled already. No drugs booze or probation. No DL. probation. Etc etc. please
Don’t waste your time. 25 years here.the guy who wants pay daily. Don’t call. The guys with no tools. No thanks. Pay is what works for both of us. Like I said we do the work just looking for a couple of good guys to use for these items and see if we can help you build homes as well.
