Do you enjoy working on historic buildings? We are looking for experienced craftsmen to join our team for a historically significant hotel restoration project in the heart of the downtown historic district. Woodworking, refinishing and matching stains, weight and pully windows, brick and masonry, tongue and groove hardwood floors, wood staircases and railings, are all a part of this project. Also, basic plumbing and electrical. If you have a background in historic preservation and a love for craftsmanship, we want to hear from you.

Position: Various Craftsman positions
Type: Part-time or full-time. Flexible hours available

Objectives:
Restore and preserve historic architectural features
Work with traditional materials and techniques
Ensure compliance with preservation standards
We are looking for individuals with experience working with 100 year old buildings and have knowledge of historic preservation methods and materials.
Wood working, weight and pulley windows systems, carpentry, masonry, brick work, tuck pointing, plastering, electrical, plumbing or related trades
Attention to detail and commitment to quality work
Semi-retired individuals are encouraged to apply!
