GLASS RESTORATION TECHNICIAN

We are a glass service company looking to hire enthusiastic individuals with the desire to work hard and grow their career as a glass restoration technician. With over 25 years of experience in the industry, we offer the training and support to succeed at this opportunity.
Pay starts at $22.50/hour!

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Learn and perform the technical skills and language pertaining to the job.
-Perform physical duties such as standing for long periods of time, operating a hand-held polish machine, setup and breakdown at job sites, and ladder/scaffold work.
-Ability to handle working outdoors in the heat and weather.
-Understand and follow all safety standards.
-Clearly write and submit daily job paperwork with attention to detail.
-Friendly communication with clients and co-workers.
-Maintain a positive attitude and clean appearance.
-MUST have valid driver's license and be authorized to work in the U.S.
WHAT WE OFFER:
-$22.50/hour starting pay with opportunity for advancement.
-Paid In-house training for a successful transition into the field.
-OSHA outreach training with official certificates.
-3 paid holidays in the first year and 6 paid holidays after one year of employment.
-5 paid vacation days per year after one year of employment.
-Simple IRA with a 3% company match.
-Full time 40+ hours/week schedule with paid overtime.
