Positions Available:
1. Lead HVAC Installer- $3,000 SIGN-ON BONUS (eligible after 90 days of employment and to be paid over the 120-day period)
Responsibilities:
Oversee and perform HVAC installations for residential and commercial projects.
Ensure all installations comply with industry standards and regulations.
Lead and mentor a team of installers and helpers.
Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues promptly.
Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their satisfaction.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3-5 years of HVAC installation experience.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Comprehensive knowledge of HVAC systems and installation practices.
Must have own hand tools
EPA Universal and valid driver’s license.
Commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
HVAC Helper
Responsibilities:
Assist lead installers in HVAC installation projects.
Perform tasks such as material handling, site preparation, and equipment setup.
Learn and develop skills under the guidance of experienced professionals.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
