We are a Certified Building Contractor, serving Naples for almost 25 years. We are currently seeking an experienced superintendent. 10 - 15 years of Florida construction experience is required. You must have a sound understanding of structural and framing work in Florida. Good communication is a must. Fluency with blueprints is also needed. Must be able to think on their feet, and be a problem-solver.
Standard work week is Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm. Most of our work is in higher-end residential renovation, in the North Naples and Bonita Springs area. Weekly payroll. Bonus potential. We have immediate availability, so please be ready to work!
You must have your own hand tools, reliable transportation, and clean driver's license.
