Concrete Foreman – Sidewalks, Curbs, and Site Concrete (Full-Time)

About the Position
We are seeking an experienced Concrete Foreman to lead our field crews on non-structural concrete projects, including sidewalks, curbs, ADA ramps, , and other site flatwork. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can manage daily operations, maintain quality standards, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Responsibilities
Supervise and direct concrete crews in daily operations
Read and interpret plans, grades, and specifications
Coordinate with project managers, inspectors, and other trades
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and quality standards
Track labor, materials, and equipment use
Troubleshoot issues in the field and maintain job progress
Qualifications
3+ years of experience as a Concrete Foreman (site / flatwork focus)
Strong knowledge of forming, finishing, and layout
Ability to read blueprints and grade stakes
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to lead and motivate crews effectively
OSHA 10/30 preferred but not required
