We are looking for a Roofing Superintendent to help us fulfill that promise to our customers and ensure that every customer is a repeat customer.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
This is a full-time role for a Commercial Roofing Superintendent at ROOF RIGHT in Fort Myers, FL. The Commercial Roofing Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing roofing projects, finding training and managing crews, ensuring safety compliance, quality control and coordinating with clients and suppliers.
QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of commercial roofing experience (TPO, PVC, KEE, LWIC, Torch Modified)
Experience working on ladders and working on both flat and sloped roofs
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and submittals
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Physical fitness and stamina to work in various weather conditions
Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
COMPENSATION
$60K+ per year based on experience plus Bonus
