$5,000 upfront to enter into a purchase agreement. $12,000 remaining balance, pay $6,000 every 30 days for two months before total transfer. $17,000 total purchase price with this option.

To buy out over 90 days or less while working in the field, receiving a % of the profits while working and training in the field and learn the office, website, customer base and marketing that we have been using.
$5,000 upfront to enter into a purchase agreement. $15,000 remaining balance, pay $5,000 every 30 days for three months before total transfer. $20,000 total purchase price with this option.
This business has been 90% cash based. I’m looking to sell asap. I could stay here for another 8 months and deposit all my cash jobs and put the cash on the books. If I do that, I could sell the business for over $100k. I have other opportunities in Georgia to be semi retired and be with my significant other. So I would like to avoid that option.
