We are seeking a passionate and proactive Sales and Account Manager to manage and drive our residential landscape growth initiatives. You will play a key role in developing & maintaining client relationships and identifying opportunities that drive long-term, sustainable growth.
Research the market to identify new business opportunities that align with company objectives.
Conduct ongoing market research.
Establish meaningful and lasting relationships with clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to design strategies that meet market and client needs.
Track and review business performance periodically, making adjustments to stay on track.
Negotiate contractual terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders.
Oversee project teams to ensure contracts are executed as agreed.
Make presentations to potential clients and internal executives.
Work with the owner-manager to create rate proposals.
Drive the end-to-end sales process.
Prepare and present sales contracts.
Monday to Friday
Weekends as needed
Ability to Commute:
Collier Counties
Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship from employer now or in the future
Minimum 3 years of prior landscape account management & sales experience.
Experience in Landscape is a Requirement
Proven ability to achieve sales goals.
Experience in project management, leadership, and logistics.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, bi-lingual a plus.
Proactive individual with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
