Presidio is seeking a Help Desk Analyst (Contract)for their client located in Bonita Springs, FL
We are seeking a highly motivated Help Desk Analyst to provide first-line technical support to end-users. The ideal candidate will have excellent troubleshooting skills, strong customer service abilities, and a passion for resolving IT-related issues efficiently. This role involves diagnosing and resolving technical problems, escalating complex issues, and ensuring a seamless user experience across IT systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, chat, and ticketing systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for end-users.
Log, track, and manage incident and service requests using an IT service management (ITSM) tool.
Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support teams as needed.
Assist in user account management, including password resets and access provisioning.
Support Microsoft 365, Windows, macOS, and other enterprise applications.
Provide guidance on IT policies, security best practices, and system usage.
Document troubleshooting steps and create knowledge base articles for common issues.
Monitor system alerts and proactively address potential IT concerns.
Schedule: 5 days per week onsite.
