Salon Receptionist at Salon Mulberry
Salon Mulberry is a high-end energetic salon that uses naturally sourced ingredients in their products. They create beautiful hair using Goldwell & Davines products and hair color. We are looking for someone who has a passion for delivering outstanding customer service in a high paced teamwork environment.
Some of the responsibilities will include:
- Greeting each guest that walks through the door with warmth and kindness
- Taking phone calls and booking our stylist efficiently
- Returning missed calls and leaving voicemails
- Dressing professionally (hair, makeup, etc.)
- Giving directions
- Checking out customers and rebooking appointments
- Learning about Davines products, the services we provide, and being able to use that knowledge effectively
- The ability to multitask is very important
- Prior experience using booking software such as MEEVO or Millenium is a PLUS
- Enthusiasm, professionalism, and coach-ability are a must
