Since most "Sales" positions are only commission based, we are offering the "Service Writer" position at an hourly rate, plus the "Sales Position" at a commission rate when you sell a boat or personal watercraft. This way you are getting paid for your time while you are here, in addition, to a Sales commission that can be very lucrative @ 20% of gross profit.
We are a Scarab Jet Boat Dealer and Williams Tender Dealer that also provides Services for Yamaha, Seadoo, and Kawasaki personal watercraft. Your Service Writer position will be a simple task of writing up Repair Orders, Selling parts to the jobs, customer data entry for technicians, and ordering or receiving parts. When you are not doing that, you will concentrate on any "Sales Leads" or "Walk-ins." We will provide you the necessary tools for any and all Sales Leads.
We believe this keeps people enthusiastic to "Sell" since they are getting paid hourly, plus a commission when they sell a boat. This is a COMBO position for one person.
