We are an established and growing artificial turf installation company serving residential and commercial clients throughout Collier and Lee Counties. We take pride in delivering high-quality installations, excellent customer service, and consistent results. As our business expands, we are seeking motivated, driven sales professionals to join our team.

Position Overview:

This is a commission-only position ideal for a self-motivated sales rep with a background in landscaping or construction. You will be responsible for both generating your own leads and following up with 5–8 qualified leads per week provided by the company. Reps are expected to manage the full sales cycle — from first contact through job completion and final payment — ensuring a smooth and professional client experience throughout.

Responsibilities:

Follow up with 5–8 qualified leads per week provided by the company

Generate and nurture your own leads through networking, referrals, and canvassing

Conduct on-site or virtual consultations with prospective clients

Measure areas, sketch layouts, and create estimates using our quoting software (Jobber)

Educate clients on turf products and installation options

Maintain organized communication and notes in our CRM system

Oversee the full customer journey: from lead to signed quote, job scheduling, and completion with payment collected

Collaborate with the operations team to ensure all project details are properly documented and executed

Qualifications:

Prior sales experience, preferably in a commission-only role

Landscaping, turf, or construction experience is strongly preferred

Ability to measure properties and create simple layout drawings (Moasure and Arcsite provided)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong follow-up and organizational skills

Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM software (we use Jobber)

Reliable transportation and smartphone required
