We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Sales Project Manager to join our team and manage our interlocking paver projects from start to finish.
Job Description:
The Sales Project Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of interlocking paver projects, from the initial consultation and design phase to overseeing the final installation and project closeout. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the interlocking paver industry, possess strong project management skills, and have experience managing both small and large-scale projects.
Responsibilities:
- Review project specifications and create project timelines.
- Prepare and submit project proposals, including detailed project scopes, schedules, and budgets.
- Manage project schedules, including ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Communicate regularly with customers, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure that all project requirements are met.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, including safety hazards, regulatory compliance, and environmental impact.
- Conduct site visits to assess project progress and ensure quality control measures are in place.
- Ensure that all projects are completed to the customer's satisfaction and in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
- Create and maintain project documentation, including change orders, daily progress reports, and project closeout documents.
- Conduct post-project reviews to identify opportunities for improvement and share lessons learned with the team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field is not required, but recommended.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of project management experience in the interlocking paver industry
- Strong knowledge of interlocking paver materials, installation methods, and industry standards and regulations.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet project deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially in maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
- Proficient in project management software, such as AccuLynx or Buildertrend, and Microsoft Office applications including.
