We are seeking an experienced Front Desk Agent for the NIGHT SHIFT 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM to join our team. This position would be best for a retiree, college student or someone looking to make extra income.
Job Details:
The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and a friendly and professional demeanor.
Responsibilities include greeting owners and guests, answering phones, taking reservations, receiving packages, etc.
The successful candidates will be reliable, organized, detail-oriented, and have a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Must be able to pass background check.
Position Available:
PART-TIME NIGHT SHIFT: SATURDAY AND SUNDAY FROM 10:00 PM TO 6:30 AM
Pay : $22.00 per hour.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome residents/guests upon arrival.
Answer phones and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
Keep records of residents/guest information and bookings.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
Ensure that all resident service standards are met.
Organize packages.
Deliver newspapers.
