Parcel Specialist - Customer Service

FedEx Office is hiring for our Customer Service Parcel Specialist position, located inside the JW Marriott on Marco Island. Primary responsibility is the coordination of all shipping-related services and activities by providing customer service, including anticipating customer needs, suggesting alternatives and problem-solving, with the ablity to satisfy those needs with a minimum amount of supervision. Maintain a log of all incoming and outgoing parcels, prepare parcels for pickup by delivery drivers, and sort incoming parcels. May pick-up and deliver customer packages throughout the hotel facility, assemble parcels and prepare goods for shipping.
