This position leads our Fort Myers Ron Jon location and oversees all aspects of running a fast paced store in the busy Gulf Coast town shopping center. This position is responsible for maintaining and overseeing our store standards, visual merchandising, operational and facility management to the high standard that has made us an industry leader in retail. Minimum requirements:
3-5 years of experience as a General Manager or Operations Manager with a major retailer
A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field can substitute for some retail general management experience
Proven track record in Recruitment
Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including weekends, evenings, and some holidays
Must be 18 years or older
Pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check
