Requirements:
Full-time availability, Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent communication skills
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN EXCEL & CANVA & SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING
Ability to be QUICK & EFFICIENT and manage social media posts on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
Polite, friendly, and outgoing, with exceptional customer service skills
Experience in managing calendars and sending event invites
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor
Answer incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate department or individual
Utilize Microsoft Excel to record and analyze various data points
Create engaging social media posts to promote our real estate services and listings
Assist with managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and sending event invitations
Assist new realtors with on-boarding training and one to one training
