Superior Builders Group is currently seeking a Permitting Coordinator Specialist with Administrative Support experience to join our growing team!
Please note: Permitting experience in construction is absolutely required for this role.
Familiarity with various municipalities across Florida is essential, as permitting will be a major part of your day-to-day responsibilities.
While permitting is a key component of this position, it won't be the only task on your plate. This role requires flexibility and a willingness to jump where needed. Other responsibilities may include:
Data entry & document filing
Coordinating and responding to emails and phone calls
Delivering materials to job sites as needed
Supporting the team with various administrative needs as they arise

Requirements:
Construction permitting experience (required)
Strong attention to punctuality and reliability
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Willingness to occasionally travel locally for job-related tasks
Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
Must have a valid drivers’ license
Schedule & Benefits:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (we recommend office team members arriving a few minutes early to settle in for the day)
40 hours paid vacation annually after 90 days
5 paid holidays per year
