1. Onsite M-F +/- 8-3 ET (Flexible)
2. Answers telephone calls between 9:00am – 4:00pm ET
3. Greets and directs site visitors and contractors
4. Responds to and/or sends correspondence daily.
5. Checks assigned tasks daily and completes accordingly.
6. Performs clerical duties assigned to the admin by Management
7. Prepares and forwards invoices to President
8. Maintains paper files of invoices
9. General Office responsibilities:
o Maintains paper AND electronic Office Manual
o Maintains paper manual of contracts and contractors
o Maintains registries
o Maintains and secures privately owned unit keys
o Orders office supplies and equipment
10. Requests, compiles, and electronically files contractor’s certificate of insurance, W-9s and licenses. Provides and secures signature of contractor’s “Rules for Unit Owners and Contractors”.
11. Processes owner applications for remodels or construction
