I am searching for an honest, personable and organized office manager that can work with me the business owner to comanage all phases of the business including Sales, Financing, Invoicing and Accounting in our QuickBooks system.
I have negotiated a lease for only $500/month to have all of my models, sales operations and dealer license at Palm
and Pines Park at 16225 South SR 29 in Felda. I have a full time on site salesperson at this location to meet with drive-by and internet customers as needed. The park has over 40 spaces for me to fill with used RV's, Park Models and Mobile Homes from which we receive all of the profits. Financing is available for end users of mobile homes for only 5-10% down and a 550 FICO Score and can also finance buyers with only an ITIN # and no social security.
