Overview
We are seeking a dedicated, motivated, self starter Assistant Manager to join our team. We are located in GGC (Naples). Our team includes 3 additional members who will show great appreciation to the Assistant Manager joining our team to play a pivotal role in our day- to- day operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in office management, particularly within the health field, and possess strong leadership skills to support our personal care agency operations.
Duties
- Assist the General Manager in daily operations and staff management including staff schedules
-Supervise and management the agency billing and required documentation
- Conduct employee orientation and training development programs
- Oversee office activities to ensure efficient operations and exceptional customer service
- Utilize math skills for budget management
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when communicating with customers and staff
Qualifications
- Previous experience in office management, preferably in a health care environment
- Strong understanding of agency management principles and practices
- Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
- Proficiency in training development and employee supervision
- Excellent office management skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
