FULL TIME PLUMBING DISPATCHER / SERVICE COORDINATOR
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Responding to inbound customer inquiries via phone/email
Scheduling, follow up, and confirmation of calls
Working with Technicians to schedule jobs
Service Technician schedule management
This position requires:
Prior plumbing construction industry experience
Minimum 3 years customer service experience
Excellent communication skills are a must
Must be focused, daring, yet friendly customer service. 100% customer satisfaction is our goal.
Strong desktop computing skills, including QuickBooks, Microsoft Windows and Office required.
Ability to learn quickly
You must be punctual, motivated, well organized, and comfortable in an active environment.
You must multitask daily office activities, inbound customer inquiries, and technician support.
Initiative, follow through, attention to detail and independent work skills
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
