Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to online inquiries (email, chat, website forms) regarding vehicle information, pricing, and availability.
Build rapport with potential customers.
Schedule appointments for sales personnel, service department and body shop
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales leads.
Proactively follow up with leads to nurture relationships.
Collaborate with the sales, service and body shop team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, dealership promotions, and industry trends.
Assist with online marketing initiatives, including social media and website updates (as needed).
Qualifications:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Prior internet customer service experience (automotive industry a plus).
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
