Bonita Springs based Contractor, is looking for a Part Time Billing Specialist / Administrative Assistant.
This position is a front desk administrative position, focusing on Invoicing and Accounts Receivables.
Duties include, but are not limited to: Customer billing, accounts receivable, data entry, answering phones, filing and general clerical work in a small office setting. Experience with AIA billing a plus.
Quickbooks, Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and computer proficiency is a must. Must be self-sufficient and a team player.
This position would be for 3 days a week to start with the possibility of leading to a full time position. Days to be determied upon hire.
We are a Drug Free Work Place and benefits include Health Insurance, 401K Match and Holiday Pay after 90 days and Vacation after 1 year.
Office Hours are Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm.
Compensation $25.00 / hr. based on experience.
