General Office Admin Assistant with accounting skills required to serve as the company’s receptionist and support the office team as necessary. Duties will include assisting the team with tasks including (but not limited to):
Catching up and maintaining bank reconciliations
Counting cash deposits for restaurants daily sales
Assisting with month end entries
Helping with insurance audits
Helping with Year End information required by the accountants for taxes
Organizing shared folders and transferring documents from workstations to shared folders
Scanning documents to shared folders
Running errands (to post office, bank, DMV)
Opening and distributing mail
Bank deposits
Filing
Data Entry for AR and AP
Ordering supplies
Assisting with tag renewals/new vehicle paperwork and DMV drop offs
Assisting with sending out monthly invoices
Answering phones
Greeting and dealing with visitors, couriers etc.
General secretarial support for the Vice President
Any other projects that may arise
