Job description
Supervise the day-to-day manufacturing operations of up to 10 employees. You need to be able to plan and organize production so our customers receive a quality product on time.
Daily Planning and Control
Review, organize, and distribute work documents to staff
Monitor and control production
Monitor and control raw materials and consumables inventory
Monitor performance of employees and counsel as needed.
Be hands on lead.
Maintain health and safety procedures
Monitor hanging pieces in the oven for powder coating the furniture pieces
Prerequisites
Minimum 1 year supervisor experience
Experience with basic hand and power tools
Must be able to safely lift 50 pounds
