Sunmaster of Naples, Inc. is the oldest and most reputable awning and storm protection company in Collier County, having provided storm shutters, solar and bug protection screens, and a variety of awning and canopy options since 1969. We also offer custom aluminum metal railing and decorative work. We are actively hiring for the following position! Experienced Welder/Fabricator
We are seeking multiple experienced welders/fabricators capable of performing a variety of functions including custom architectural aluminum work. The individual should be familiar with and capable of using various types of welding equipment. A welder is also required to perform other miscellaneous tasks, as supervision deems necessary.
Operate welding equipment and tools.
Be able to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Perform welding techniques such as MIG, TIG and other methods as required.
Must be willing to take direction and constructive criticism.
Able to perform quality control checks on your own welds.
Maintain a proper and safe workspace.
Organization and time-management are very important in this position, as jobs are scheduled to meet strict deadlines and within budget.
Working conditions include: working inside an open-air manufacturing shop. Non-air conditioned space.
10 hour days are standard, with overtime as needed.
Promptness and consistent attendance are expected.

Proof of certification, education or otherwise experience must be provided upon job offer. Applicants with at least 3 years experience preferred.
$24-26 DOE.
