The Business Development Manager position is an inside/outside position that is responsible for growing our current property management market share. They will be responsible for online and print marketing/advertising as well as warm and cold calls. They will be required to give presentations to owners and/or owners representatives, track their CRM, follow up with potential customers, and build relationships. We prefer the applicant to have extensive knowledge in marketing and real estate.

REQUIREMENTS:
3 years of experience in marketing
3 years of real estate sales knowledge
Active Real Estate License or the ability to get it ASAP
Valid Drivers License
Reliable Vehicle
Fantastic communication skills
Fantastic follow up skills
Must Be Able to pass a thorough Background check
