What You’ll Do:

Coordinate travel arrangements and event logistics.

Support team members with administrative tasks, including meeting preparation and note-taking.

Monitor and respond to inquiries on behalf of the agency when needed.

Contribute to maintaining a positive and productive office environment.

What We’re Looking For:

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a strong attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana).

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
