Summary
Working Warehouse Manager is responsible for processing all company's product, inventorying and functioning in a professional and knowledgeable manner. This position handles the daily process of product management, ensuring the accuracy of the process as it relates to receiving, staging, processing of purchase orders, deliveries, and communication with management staff. This position must ensure company policies and procedures are being adhered to as they pertain to Warehousing Process.
Essential Functions
1. Communicates all activities to Owner.
2. Successfully manages all Product Warehouse Responsibilities.
3. Ensures all Product is received in a timely manner.
4. Manages and completes all projects as assigned.
5. Maintains immaculate records.
6. Processes material receiving and staging into computer system.
7. Follows up on Product documentation daily.
8. Deliveries.
9. Communicates with co-workers, management, vendors, and others regarding warehousing.

Work Environment
This job operates in a professional warehouse / office environment. This role routinely uses standard office
equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Also requires physical
activities such as lifting, ladder climbing, moving products via forklift and pallet jacks.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5 p.m., overtime
potential, also available part-time position (hours to be determined).
Required Education and Experience
1. Minimum four years of high volume Warehousing experience for full time, and at least two years of
experience for part-time.
2. High school diploma or equivalent.
3. Warehouse experience in construction industry.
