Experienced HVAC, HANDYMAN TECHS AND Make Ready Contractors
1099 Independent Contractor Handyman
Handyman Individuals
Location:
Fort Myers, FL
Qualifications:
Must own a truck and tools.
Willing to travel within a 30–50-mile radius of Fort Myers, FL.
Must have experience in general HVAC, Maintenance and Make Ready work.
Specialty tradesmen are welcome to apply.
Lead technician and crew management experience is a plus.

Requirements:
Completion of onboarding paperwork, including a light background check.
Experience in residential homes, both vacant and occupied.
A good smartphone with a working camera for taking pictures.
Strong communication skills to provide estimates and quotes.
