We are a yacht management company that services Fort Myers, Cape Coral, the Islands, Naples and Marco.
We have TWO positions available for immediate Full or Part-Time work. Both positions are typically Monday–Friday and includes paid vacation plus paid major holidays.
Position One is for a Deckhand. Pay is between $16-$18/hour based upon experience. Duties include detail washing various boats, drying with no water spots or streaks, cleaning out hatches thoroughly and occasional mate duties. You will be working on yachts from 30-80 ft.
Position Two is for Fleet Maintenance. Pay is between $20-$25/hour based upon experience. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license and a dependable mode of transportation. Duties include checking fluid levels in engines and power systems. Exercising equipment and routine minor maintenance such as cleaning sea strainers. Recording data of all systems and reporting any issues found to a supervisor. A mechanically inclined individual that understands marine equipment is preferred. This position will include on- the-job training for going through vessel systems on a multitude of boats. The ability to crouch, crawl, and lift up to 50 lbs. is required.
BOTH POSITIONS have a potential for pay rate increases based upon performance.
