About us:
National Bath is a successful shower remodeling company, that is statewide, with the use of solid surface wall panel systems. We do not install any tile showers and are strictly a remodeling company, that does not participate in new construction. The company will provide all materials necessary to complete the work, with plenty of jobs and pay weekly.
What we are looking for:
We are actively looking for experienced Sub-Contractors that can remove and reinstall a new shower, who take pride in their work. We are professionals and we will only work with professionals.
As a Shower Installer for National Bath, you must know how to keep a jobsite clean and will be responsible for all construction phases of the entire project. Including, but not limited to, demolition, basic plumbing, measuring, cutting, installing the wall panels and shower pans. All finished work must be professional quality, leaving the clients’ home cleaner and in better condition than when we arrived.
Contractors should have their own truck, tools, liability insurance, & workers’ comp or exempt. Most of our current contractors travel from 1 to 2 hours per job. Travel is paid for based on distance.
The average shower should take 2-3 days to install, with the average pay being between $1,500-$2,000 per job. Completing an average of one to two projects per week will provide between $100k - $200k+ per year, depending on performance and quality.
You must be able to communicate well with Clients and Project Managers. Part of the job involves collecting payments and getting reviews from Clients for your quality work.
