Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Pressure Washer and Sealer to join our team. As a Pressure Washer and Sealer, you will play a crucial role in our mission to transform outdoor spaces into vibrant and well-protected areas. You will work with a team of professionals who share your passion for delivering exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
- Perform pressure washing services for to remove dirt, grime, and stains for residential and cowwmmercial properties.
- Apply protective sealants to surfaces to enhance their durability and appearance.
- Operate and maintain pressure washing equipment and sealing tools.
- Ensure the safety of yourself, your team members, and clients during all work activities.
- Communicate effectively with clients and address any questions or concerns.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to company policies and safety guidelines at all times.
- Perform pressure washing services for residential and commercial properties
- Operate and maintain pressure washing equipment, including power washers, hoses, and nozzles
- Clean and prepare surfaces for pressure washing, including removing debris and applying cleaning solutions
- Use appropriate techniques to safely and effectively remove dirt, grime, mold, mildew, and other stains from various surfaces
- Ensure proper water pressure and temperature settings for different surfaces and cleaning requirements
- Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including documenting any issues or concerns
Requirements:
- Previous experience in pressure washing and sealing of pavers is preferred but not mandatory. Training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Knowledge of pressure washing techniques, equipment, and cleaning solutions
- Physical fitness and the ability to lift equipment and materials weighing up to 50lbs.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
