Universal Contracting & Solar is looking to add an experienced pressure washing technician to our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional pressure washing, soft washing, and sealing services to our residential and commercial clients.
Duties:
- Safely and effectively operate pressure washing and soft washing equipment to clean roofs
- Apply sealants and protective coatings to extend the life of cleaned surfaces.
- Conduct pre- and post-job inspections to identify areas for cleaning and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including equipment and vehicles.
- Communicate effectively with customers, answer questions, and address any concerns.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure a safe work environment for yourself and your team.
- Complete daily paperwork and reports.
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in pressure washing and sealing.
- Experience with soft washing roofing systems a plus.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and lead a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Commitment to safety and a strong work ethic.
