Do you love plants? TopTropicals.com, a premier plant nursery, is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team in caring for our extensive collection of potted plants and packing them for shipping.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain potted plants: including weeding, fertilizing, and trimming
- Garden upkeep: mulching, trimming, and weeding
- Assist with moving pots as required
- Packing plants in boxes for shipping
Skills and Requirements:
- Comfortable working outdoors in Florida's diverse climate
- Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently
- Physical fitness to handle tasks requiring lifting up to 50 lbs
- Genuine love for plants
- Punctuality is essential, must arrive on time for scheduled shifts
- Drug-free
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with plants is advantageous
Pay rate: $15-19/hour based on performance and experience. Start part time 3 days a week: Mon-Tue-Wed.
