General Maintenance Person – Clewiston Property
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Overall general maintenance and oversee the property
Do a thorough property walk and identify areas of repair or replacement and then follow up on projects
Pick up debris and trash, making sure grounds are clean
Take out trash and recycling
Conduct minor lighting, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry jobs
Install tile, paint, and complete any projects as assigned
Wash, fuel and detail vehicle
Liaison with vendors as needed
Clean and maintain outside furniture
Receive and log deliveries and notify home owner or personal assistant accordingly
Maintain consistent and effective communication with home owner or assistant
Understand tasks quickly and determine proper materials and equipment needed to prioritize and complete the tasks efficiently
Complete tasks in a timely manner while being detail-oriented
Perform routine, preventative maintenance (i.e. maintain and clean/change A/C units/filters)
Use confidentiality, integrity, honesty and utmost discretion

Requirements/Physical Demands:
Possess minimum 1 year experience in building/facility trades, repair and replacement maintenance or handy work
Knowledgeable in using tools and other maintenance equipment
Fluent English (verbal and written)
Valid driver’s license
Reliable transportation
Pass background check
Ability to lift up to 50lbs
Work upright in standing position for long periods of time
Climb ladders and work at heights above ground level (as needed)
Schedule:
Part time – 3 days per week
Must be flexible
Pay:
$150/day
