We are currently seeking a candidate for an Outside Grounds/Porter position in the Port Charlotte area.
Duties include pressure washing (including climbing stairs of 3-floor apartment buildings), clean-up of all exterior grounds of the complex (including trash, breezeways, and parking areas), light painting, and light maintenance (NO landscaping).
Most positions are temporary and others can become permanent for the right candidate.
Schedule:Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Pay Rate:$18.00/hour
This position is being offered through our staffing agency. You will be paid once per week with taxes deducted.
Requirements:
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to pass a local background check
- Must be able to work outside in the heat
