Maintenance man

Maintenance man to assist Manager. Involves mostly landscaping right now. But there are other projects that come up in the course of our week. Must be able to pivot easily and I am looking for a man who does not need the boss looking over his shoulder all the time. Must not be afraid to ask questions 《there are no stupid questions 》and be able to think for yourself . Hand tools would be great but after that I have every kind of large tool you can think of. I am also not afraid of getting getting and when needed I will be down there in hole or whatever with you. When you answer, they said you'll be looking for Jimmy. Pay does start at $15 an hour for 30 hours a week. Payday is every two weeks and you must have a bank account since the money is paid direct deposit. Also, if you work out good, there is the an opportunity for the hourly pay to go up as well as the hours per day to go up.
