Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and responsible individual to serve as a live-on-site caretaker for a private property on a 3-acre estate. This is a full-time position that requires 24/7 dedication, with the caretaker residing in a provided fifth wheel on the property. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the property and being available to assist the owner as needed.
Responsibilities:
Maintain and secure the property year-round
Perform light yard work, such as mowing, trimming, and gardening
Ensure the property is clean, safe, and well-kept
Handle general maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of the fifth wheel living area
Provide any necessary assistance to the owner as requested
Monitor security and ensure the property is protected at all times
Be available for emergency needs and tasks on a 24/7 basis
Occasional pet care or other household duties as directed
Requirements:
Must be dedicated and responsible, available 24/7
Comfortable living on-site in a fifth-wheel RV (provided)
Strong work ethic and proactive approach to property care
Basic maintenance and handyman skills (strongly preferred)
Ability to live independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision
Must be trustworthy and dependable, with excellent communication skills
Must have no other employment commitments or obligations that could interfere with availability
Compensation:
$300 cash per week
All living expenses, including utilities, internet, and the fifth wheel RV, are provided
