Overview:

Accurate Pavers is seeking an experienced Field Supervisor to oversee our paver installation crews on-site. This role is essential to ensuring high-quality installations, efficient project timelines, and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will bring experience in construction supervision, with a strong knowledge of paver installation, site safety, and team leadership. This position requires an ability to manage multiple crews, coordinate with project managers, and maintain a high standard of workmanship on each project.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage installation crews, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and to quality standards.

- Oversee the day-to-day operations on site, including project planning, setup, and crew assignments.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, conducting regular safety checks and enforcing protocols.

- Communicate with clients, providing updates on project progress and addressing any on-site concerns.

- Coordinate with project managers and suppliers to ensure materials and resources are available as needed.

- Inspect finished work for quality, ensuring that installations meet company and client expectations.

- Resolve on-site issues promptly, making adjustments as needed to stay on schedule and within scope.

- Train new crew members on installation techniques, safety protocols, and equipment use.

Qualifications:

- 3+ years of experience in construction, preferably in hardscape or paver installation.

- Proven supervisory experience with the ability to lead and motivate a team.

- Strong understanding of paver installation processes and best practices.

- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

- Ability to troubleshoot on-site issues effectively and efficiently.

- Knowledge of construction safety regulations and procedures.

- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

- Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred but not required).
