Accurate Pavers is a leading paver installation contractor. We are seeking a bilingual experienced professional to supervise paver installation crews. Top pay and benefits, salary based on experience. The Field Supervisor coordinates all site construction activities and supervises all field personnel as required to successfully complete projects on schedule. This includes maintaining the highest quality, supervising all trade and field personnel, while administering good construction safety practices with all on-site activities.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise 15-20 interlocking paver installation crews
- Ensure projects are completed within established timelines and budgets
- Ensure crews adhere to all safety protocols and regulations
- Provide on-site training and coaching to crew members
- Coordinate with project managers and estimators to ensure materials, equipment, and personnel are available and allocated appropriately
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management and clients
- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to ensure work meets company standards and industry best practices
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise on site
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of project activities
- Communicate with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded
- Manage and maintain equipment and tools used by crews
Requirements:
- Must speak fluent Spanish and English
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in interlocking paver installation or a related field
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent Mathematical Skills.
- Must be able to travel/drive 60% of the time between projects/job sites.
- Reasoning Ability – ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
- Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Familiarity with all aspects of interlocking paver installation, including excavation, grading, base preparation, and finishing
- Thorough understanding of safety regulations and protocols
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift and carry heavy materials and equipment
- Extensive Hardscape Experience
- Language Skills – ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.
