Saturday and Sunday 7am to 3pm.
Keeping the grounds and common areas in order and clean
Respond to owners' requests for assistance
The applicant needs to be handy with a basic knowledge of the building operation
The job requires moderate physical activity and stamina to handle a full shift of being active and working on the building and grounds
We provide uniform
$23/ hour to start with annual increases and bonuses based on performance
