Facilities Maintenance Manager Self Storage (Cape Coral)
Part time Facilities Maintenance Manager position available in Cape Coral, FL. for daily upkeep of storage facility. This is an hourly part-time position is for 16 hours per week of Grounds and Maintenance Duties.
This position is for 4-5 days per week, 3-4 hours per day in the morning. Schedule is flexible.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Cleanout units & prep for rental, lubricate doors, change lightbulbs, hasps, patch drywall, paint. Clean mop hallways, office, bathroom.
Grounds upkeep - Weed, trash pick-up, paint, general maintenance, and cleaning.
Handyman Skills helpful.
This position requires the use of a vehicle. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation a must. Truck preferable.
Ability to bend and lift up to 40 lbs
Good pay, bonuses, flexible hours. Must be a self starter.
