We are a yacht management company that services Fort Myers, Cape Coral, the Islands, Naples and Marco.
DECKHAND POSITION OPEN: Typically Monday–Friday and includes paid vacation plus paid major holidays.
Pay is between $16-$18/hour based upon experience. Duties include detail washing various boats, drying with no water spots or streaks, cleaning out hatches thoroughly and occasional mate duties. You will be working on yachts from 30-80 ft.
Candidates must have a clean driver’s license. This position will include on-the-job training. The ability to crouch, crawl, and lift up to 50 lbs. is required.
THIS POSITION has a potential for pay rate increases based upon performance.
