Job Description:
You will be assigned to clean two rental properties. Since these are rental properties, daily cleaning is not guaranteed, but you will be required to clean at least four times a week. One house has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, while the other has 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. Each house takes approximately 2 hours to clean, and you will be paid $50 per house.
Your responsibilities include cleaning and washing the bedsheets, prepping the house for the next guest, and following a provided checklist. You must be a reliable cleaner with your own transportation. No excuses will be accepted. After each cleaning, you must send pictures of your work. Payment will be made through Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, or Apple Pay. Cleaning starts at 11 a.m., and sometimes you will need to clean both properties on the same day. Both properties are located in Fort Myers, 20 minutes apart.

Responsibilities:
Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and other areas as assigned
Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
Maintain cleanliness of floors and surfaces
Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard
Report any maintenance or repair issues to the supervisor
Requirements:
Previous cleaning experience preferred but not required
Reliable transportation to and from job sites
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Strong attention to detail
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
MUST BE RELIABLE
Additional Information:
Cleaning supplies will not be provided; you are responsible for bringing your own.
Training will be provided prior to starting the job. There will be one training session before the job begins.
